David is an educator with thirty years' experience in primary school classrooms as Teacher, Curriculum Advisor, Deputy Principal, Teaching Principal and Principal. David has taught in many schools of Queensland ranging from North West. Central and Metro Regions serving with Education Queensland. With his time as a teacher and administrator he has worked in many schools throughout Queensland. With his background in curriculum development especially in mathematics and technology this has led to his interest and a strong advocate for the multi age concept of teaching along with the "flipped classroom" concept.

Clinical & Educational Psychologist
Philip is the Director of childpsych. He is a full member of the College of Clinical Psychologists and College of Educational & Developmental Psychologists. He has extensive experience with children as a teacher, school psychologist and child psychologist. Philip has advanced training in clinical psychology and education. His particular expertise is with the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders in children and adolescents, assessment of learning and developmental problems and the management of behaviour problems. He has conducted research on the nature of anxiety and personality in children and published research about children who refuse to attend school because of anxiety.
Lisa Lynn MAPS

Senior Educational & Developmental Psychologist
Lisa specialises in the area of developmental psychology and educational psychology. She studied psychology as a mature age student where she took a strong interest in the mental health problems of children as well as the learning problems in children. Lisa has worked with children-in-care, children with autism and general developmental problems of childhood. In addition, Lisa specialises in assessing children with learning problems and is interested in the learning and developmental problems of children born premature.
